For Shipping, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond SpaRitual's control. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend day or national holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. The standard shipping fee is $6. A physical address is required for all shipments as delivery to a PO box is not available. Shipping is available only in the 48 continental United States and is not available for HI, AK, or PR. International shipping is available for Canadian residents only. Shipping charges, duties, and tax are calculated at checkout. Orders $45.00 and over receive FREE SHIPPING. All orders over $150 will require a signature for delivery. Tax is charged on CA, TX, MS, WA and NJ residents only.

For Returns & Refunds, in the unlikely event that a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, SpaRitual will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To receive a product refund, customers should email customerservice@sparitual.com and include their name, order number and reason for wanting to return the items. Instructions will be provided to retrieve and print the postage for shipping the returned items. The products should be re-packed in its original box and packaging. Please note that shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
